ANALYTE PHARMAJOB PLACEMENT SERVICES PHARMA TRAINING
OBJECTIVE
ANALYTE means Interested peak in chromatography but it should be sharp, same as we are making fresher SHARP by imparting skill and assembly them as significant, responsive and leading candidates. The initiative aim of this training program is to train /provide knowledge to appeared /fresher/completed B.Sc., M. Sc (Chemistry/Biochemistry/Micro) and B. Pharm, D. Pharm students and want to make a carrier in pharmaceutical field for formulation. Our training academy is established in Jan 2018, approved by ISO 9001: 2015 and running AARAMBH foundation, Kolhapur. Our training makes to candidates confident about the work, performs significant & independent work from day one means we make knowledge of candidate's equivalent to two-year experience person. Our training is not limited only for pharma but also imparted on motivational so as they will never stop even if he falls in life.
REQUIREMENT
Today’s need of this training program required due to Academic education cannot fulfill the perfect knowledge about the application skill, pharmaceutical procedure, instrumentation skill, sometime lacuna of instrument skill due to unavailability of particular instrument and interest of student towards education. These things are impacted on knowledge and indirectly individuals working in company. The Pharmaceutical organization needs fresher candidates but they are more interested in skilled candidates. During interview they are checking extra skill among the fresher candidates and that skill is developed in Analyte Pharmajob training institute during training session.
SEQUENCER
The training program is conducted for one and half month in which training imparted on overview of pharmaceutical industry, soft skill and GLP, GMP, GDP, facilities and equipment system, Different functional department and their system, operation and calibration of instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution etc. Basic knowledge of software used in QC like Chemstation, Chromelon and empower software for chromatographic analysis as well as SAP and LIMS.
We are also imparting training on basic functional rules of all departments including store, Production, Packing, Quality control and Quality Assurance. Also training given on safety rules during pharmaceutical and analysis work.
Training given on Data integrity, ICH guidelines/ sub guidelines, Method validation and their parameters, concentration /calculation in PPM
WORKSHOP
We are having 10-15 years experienced faculty for training which is worked in top pharmaceutical organization. The faculty had attained many trainings/ Seminars arranged by Agilent, Shimadzu, Waters Alliance, Electrolab on new techniques of instrument. Also attained training in company on Personality Development, Man power handling, cost reduction, excel, motivational, leadership's, SAP, LIMS. Additionally, he also given many training to internal staff, for this CIPLA is appreciated as best trainer. He is SME of investigation of non-conformance. He was attained training on OOS investigation by TGA consultant Mr. Paul Siddu & on leadership's training by GOA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT.
Our Laboratory is equipped with sophisticated instrument like HPLC (Agilent/1100), UV (Thermo /Evaluation 500), Balance (Contech/CAH 223), pH meter (Systronics/361) etc. and have maintained environment comparable to pharmaceutical laboratory like in /out punch, online reporting /log book entries, Analysis and reporting of samples for assay by UV, HPLC, titration, calibration of instruments. We have maintained blank test data sheet, standard operation procedure, and standard testing procedure.
Further we imparted training on validation, Deviation, change control procedure, incident, CAPA, Handling of NC, OOS/OOT, Data integrity, Audit preparation.
The training about instrument operation and calibration imparted through theoretically and practically. Every candidate undergoes through practical knowledge for operation/calibration and analysis like assay test by HPLC, UV, Titration and for that purpose balance and pH meter. For analysis purpose we maintained STP and Blank test data sheet.
Evaluation of candidates performed on regularly topic wise test, Test on all syllabus at the end of training and Interview.
EFFICIENCY
We had placed our trained fresher M.sc /B.sc/ D. Pharm/B. Pharm candidates in top one pharmaceutical organization. Is 38 years young, dynamic enthusiastic and high ambitious person. Started carrier step from marketing pharmaceutical products along with continued post-graduation (Org. Chemistry) and then started carrier in pharmaceutical manufacturing. In appearing of post-graduation, he was joined CIPLA pharmaceutical, Goa. The journey was started as an analyst in July 2007 and within two year he had taken Group leaders responsibility. He had exposure of finished product, stability, process and cleaning validation, Chromatography section and Method validation section. Apart from QC, his interest in production, packing, store department procedure. He was handled finished product, ANDA section and he was many times appreciated from authority person for planning of work analysis. He was attained many trainings and seminars arranged by Agilent, Electrolab, Waters alliances, shimadzu, Dinox on instruments skill and By Cipla on personality development, man power handling, cost reduction, excel, motivational, leadership's, SAP, LIMS. Further he also given many training to internal staff for this CIPLA is appreciated as best trainer. He is SME of investigation of non-conformance. The style of representation of synopsis for OOS/OOT was appreciated by internal team of Cipla and Regularity like USFDA, MHRA. He was attained training of OOS investigation by TGA consultant Mr. Paul Siddu, on leadership's by GOA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT. Investigation was learned under guidance of Mr. Vijay Divecha and Mr. Prahalad Mane. TEVA pharmaceutical also appreciated for his work responsibility towards his product from Cipla. He had made hattrick in Performance Management System for 4 rating. voluntary retired from Cipla Ltd the services with as Deputy manager.
